Coding, in plain terms: Individual Clinician codes the diagnosis for you — ICD-10-CM suggestions on every signed note, each citing the documentation behind it, plus superbills built from the procedure codes and fees you keep in your own fee schedule. Practice automates the other half: procedure and visit-level billing codes are suggested for you as well, with the AMA licensing that requires included in the plan.
