Coding, in plain terms: Individual Clinician codes the diagnosis for you — ICD-10-CM suggestions on every signed note, each citing the documentation behind it, plus superbills built from the procedure codes and fees you keep in your own fee schedule. Practice automates the other half: procedure and visit-level billing codes are suggested for you as well, with the AMA licensing that requires included in the plan.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card is charged when the trial ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing. Prices in CAD. Individual Clinician covers a single practitioner; Practice covers a whole team. Questions? Talk to us.

What happens after the trial?

The Individual Clinician trial lasts seven days and requires a card. Your card is charged $49 CAD per month when the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Can I start without a paid plan?

Yes. Clinician Free includes 25 sessions per month, speaker-labelled transcription, structured SOAP notes, and possible explanations. The patient app is also free and requires a free account.
